Business Operating Models

We, at Uncanny Touch Ltd., look at ourselves as a partner to our clients and not just another vendor. Our Operating Models (Pricing Models) are designed to achieve our vision while providing our clients with best services & expectations at the most optimized economy.

Our Business Operating Models include:

  1. Hybrid Model:Very often it becomes necessary to undertake a major portion of a project on a Fixed Price Model and at the same time deploy resources on a Time and Materials Model;
    • Fixed Price Model: If the project scope and specifications are well-known and deliverables are well-defined then we can offer this model for the project. In this case we will define the resources needed – and execute a project in the most optimum way. This model offers customers a low-risk option, whereas Customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed price for the complete project.
    • Time & Material Model: For projects where scope, specifications and implementation plans are yet not well defined or the work is of continuous nature – Time & Material Model becomes an attractive option. Under this mode we define the business model and work hand in hand with our client for execution of end-to-end project, whereas customer pays as per use of the hourly development efforts
  2. Dedicated Development Center Model: This Model being as an extension of the customer’s own Development center. Through such Model we reserve resources, equipment and infrastructure, exclusively for the customer, whereas customer pays fixed monthly cost that be defined per each employee for a particular period of time, it is suitable for customers who are looking at long-term gains from offshore outsourcing.
  3. Build Operate Transfer Model: This model is best suited to clients who want to set up their own development center after a few years. We recruit team who works exclusively for the customer based on project requirements, whereas we manage them for an agreed upon period of time\price. Then this team is transferred to client and becomes part of his organization.
